This list pays homage to the cultures that have formed our modern day drinking habits and hopefully creates some new ones. Proudly, our predilection towards local wine was unanimous, although we couldn’t resist some time-honoured favourites from both the old and new world.The range of beers, spirits and in particular ouza, have been carefully selected to complement the Greek roots of our cuisine.
