MADE ESTABLISHMENT
Made Establisment is a dynamic collection of restaurants headed by a collection of forward thinking restaurateurs.
Currently, there are six restaurants in Melbourne – The Press Club, Little Press & Cellar, Maha, Hellenic Republic, P M 24 and St Katherine’s. The seventh venue Mama Baba will open late 2011 in South Yarra.
The group is headed by four directors. George Calombaris brings a wealth of kitchen and service experience, and his innovation and determination for excellence ensures that he is a dominant force in the Australian culinary scene. George Sykiotis is the dynamic force behind a number of cafes, bars and restaurants in Melbourne, but it is with the Made Establishment that his vision catches up with his passion.
Tony Lachimea and Joe Calleja take time out from running their successful business Apex Steel to participate in the operations of the business.
PARKING
Parking is available Monday to Friday only until 12 midnight.

Tram numbers 70 and 75 head past The Press Club; get off at stop Number 7.
Heads straight up Flinders St, disembark at Stop 7.
