Bowel Cancer Australia announces new ambassador George Calombaris

George has recently been appointed as an ambassador for Bowel Cancer Australia. His family has been touched by this disease and he is working to raise awareness and funds for this very worthy cause.

You will notice staff at George’s restaurants The Press Club and Hellenic Republic wearing red apple pins to signify their commitment to the cause.

Little Press & Cellar - Now Open!

Following 6 months of renovations the Little Press & Cellar is finally open!

Formerly the Press Club Bar, the Little Press is a space to enjoy fabulous meze to share and some special aged and rare wines. The younger sibling to the dining room next door, The Little Press is designed for you to indulge your passion for food and beverage in an intimate space.

The kitchen will be open from 7am on weekdays, serving a hearty Greek inspired breakfast until midday and then an all day menu of innovate twists of old favourites until 11pm. Speak with our food and beverage team who would be more than happy to arrange your menu and suggest some wines for you to enjoy on the night.

The basement Cellar is an uber-exclusive private room for a group of up to 14 guests. Chefs and sommeliers will prepare a unique menu for your group based upon your requirements – anything is possible! Surrounded by some premium wine, be inspired to enjoy an intimate event in true luxury.
